Mr.He Bing started to practice martial arts as a teenager. His coach Master Ma Quan Fook provided him with solid foundation on all sorts of Chinese traditional Wushu. In China, Wushu and Chinese healing are almost inseparable, Mr. He also dedicated his time to the study and practice of Chinese Medicine for over a decade. He has expertise in Chinese Tui Na massage and has assisted numerous local and foreign visitors in China during their recovery from neck and spinal cord injuries.
