Wushu Background:
Mr. Lau started his Wushu practice since he was a child. He has extensive knowledge in many fighting styles, barehanded and with weapons.

Training and Experience:
1968 to present: Intensive training on Chuojiao Fanzi Quan from Mr. Tung Ming
1983 to present: Practice from Mr. Ma Quan Fu in Lee Style Taichiquan, Yu Yi Tung Bei Quan and Shaolin Quan

Achievements:
1992 May, Beijing City Wushu Competition Middle age group Champion
