1972 Selected as a team member for the Beijing Worker Wushu Association under famous master Mr. Dong Xhi Ming & Mr. Xing Bao Ren (Systematic team training for numerous styles of Chinese martial arts)
1970 Study Baguazhang, Xingyi Quan and weapons with famous Baguazhang 4th generation direct disciple Master Gao Zhi Ying

Wushu Achievements:
1972 Invited by Beijing Worker Martial Art team to participate in competition. Won first prize for Baguazhang and became one of the team members.

Coaching the Baguazhang at Labor & Worker Culture Centre
Teaching Chang Quan (Long Fist), Cha Quan, and Pi Qua at a number of parks, primary schools, and district associations.

Coaching Achievements:
Mr. Li students including: Sun A, Li Chen, Wu Yu Hang, and Xiao Hui Zi have won the first 3 prizes in various martial art competitions over the years in Beijing tournaments. Additionally, Yang Ming Xiao, Wu Ye, Yang Zheng, Wu Ping Xin have won the first, second, and fifth prize respectively at the martial art competitions held by Beijing City and Chao Yang District association.
