Our
Fees, Terms & Conditions
Not
surprisingly, the fees we charge are determined by the
services we are providing and can only be estimated
and agreed upon once there is full understanding of
the work to be undertaken. Each area of business has
a slightly different approach and we try to keep our
commercial approach as simple and clear as possible.
Our experience tells us that flexibility is "the
name of the game", but as a guideline the following
may help.
Health
& Education:
This breaks down into three principle areas:
Artists fees
Consultancy and/or program design fees (if appropriate)
Third party expenses (charged at cost + 5% administration
fee)
Each
project will be subject to contract which will include
our standard terms & conditions covering such areas
as: General project description, Artist booking details
and usage, timings, restrictions, travel and accommodation,
cancellation terms, insurance and payment schedules.

Multimedia:
This
is not dissimilar to Health & Education:
Artists fees
Design/consultancy/production and service fees (if appropriate)
Third party expenses (charged at cost +5% administration
fee)
Again,
all projects will be subject to contract.
Events:
Course
fees will be charged on an all inclusive basis (excluding
air fares and visa fees) and will cover ground transportation,
accommodation & full board (sometimes shared), the
chosen course, demonstrations and exhibitions. Typically
an event will be charged in the following way:
General and group classes, demonstrations and exhibitions
Private one-on-one course tuition, demonstrations and
exhibitions
Additional
extras could be:
Additional private lessons to group class course students
Local tours if included and subject to program and venue
location
Single room occupancy surcharge (if appropriate)
